 | How to register for Greenhill Summer on the Hill To register, please open the registration form pdf file or register online. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open the pdf file. Fill out the form, print it, and mail, fax, or deliver it to Greenhill with your payment and 2010 health form. Students who attended Greenhill School during the 2009-10 school year do not need to complete the health form. We have that information on file. Students entering Greenhill for the 2010-11 school year need to submit the form if attending 2010 summer programs. Summer students from other schools attending only summer camps/classes need to submit the Greenhill health form, a health form from their current school, or a health form from their doctor.
